Compensation:
$18-$22 per hour, with a performance-based commission structure.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled Solar Appointment Setter to generate interest and schedule appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads lists.
- Engaging potential customers in meaningful conversations to assess their interest in solar energy solutions.
- Educating potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and environmental impact.
- Scheduling appointments for Solar Sales Consultants to conduct in-home or virtual consultations.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Following up with potential customers to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales consultation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage potential customers.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of solar energy and renewable energy benefits is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
