Job Summary
TalentBurst is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Specialist to provide medical services and support to employees in the US. This role requires a highly skilled nurse with expertise in occupational health, nursing assessment, and emergency care.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. The Occupational Health Nurse Specialist will work in a clinical environment, providing medical services, conducting health assessments, and coordinating employee health programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in occupational health nursing.

Responsibilities
- Provide medical services, including vaccinations, hearing conservation, and vision testing
- Conduct health assessments and develop plans for employee wellness
- Coordinate employee health programs, including return-to-work cases and disability management
- Collaborate with management to develop expense and capital budgets for the Occupational Health Department
- Serve as a rotating on-call staff member for all US-based operations

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program
- 3-5 years of experience in occupational health nursing, medical assessment, emergency medical care, clinic work, and/or public health nursing
- Licensure to practice nursing in North Carolina or California
- Certification via the American Board of Occupational Health Nursing (COHN-S or COHN) preferred
