Key Responsibilities:
- Perform medical assessments of center patients to establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care.
- Meet with employers to discuss health and safety needs and conduct workplace walk-through and other on-site assessments.
- In the absence of the Center Medical Director, provide guidance to other medical staff to ensure Concentra's mission is achieved.
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction as required for clinical and/or business duties.
- Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from accredited institution.
- Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
- The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies.
