Job Overview

  • Billing Accuracy: Ensuring timely and precise billing for services rendered to clients.
  • Customer Support: Providing exceptional service to address inquiries and resolve issues via email and phone.
  • Vendor Relations: Building and maintaining strong partnerships with shipping lines and transportation companies.
  • Performance Metrics: Striving to meet key performance indicators that align with departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.
  • Management Reporting: Regularly updating management on workflow progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Additional Duties: Performing other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in ocean import or freight forwarding is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year in an administrative or office environment.
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong customer service skills for effective interaction with vendors and clients.

Education and Experience:
Associate's degree and/or relevant work experience are required.
