Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at PGT Innovations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for setting and confirming appointments with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to set appointments with customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead Management: Review and update lead information in our system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, productivity, and quality metrics, including call quality, demo rate, and availability.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
