We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at PGT Innovations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for setting and confirming appointments with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

• Appointment Setting: Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to set appointments with customers.
