Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fundamental skills in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, welding, mechanical, and electrical tasks
  • Capability to read and comprehend technical instructions and manuals
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
