  • Fundamental skills in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, welding, mechanical, and electrical tasks
  • Capability to read and comprehend technical instructions and manuals
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Address minor repairs related to electrical, HVAC, plumbing issues, and dock doors
  • Execute basic carpentry tasks as required
  • Assist in the relocation and renovation of offices, conference rooms, and break areas
  • Must be capable of performing the essential functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation.
