Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Baxter. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize equipment failures and optimize production efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying your knowledge to improve our operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training or degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with a focus on automated manufacturing equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs and SCADA systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
