- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of equipment manuals, technical drawings, and maintenance procedures to ensure accurate and effective maintenance.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure minimal downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and contribute to the development of new procedures and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training or certification in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and BMS.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
