About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment, including medical IV solution, filling and packaging machinery, and electrical systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is operational and minimize downtime.
  • Work collaboratively with the manufacturing team to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations and manufacturing SOPs.
  • Participate in department and site continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training preferred.
  • 1-2 years of prior maintenance experience on automated manufacturing machines/equipment.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and programmable logic controllers (PLC) systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
