Mission Director

Job Summary:
AEVEX Aerospace seeks a highly skilled and experienced Mission Director to lead complex, worldwide operations and develop actionable intelligence against high-priority threats to U.S. national security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24/7 intelligence operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms utilized to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic, operational, and tactical objectives.
- Manage multi-organizational teams and coordinate closely with mission partners within an all-source intelligence collection and analysis construct.
- Take part in short-term, domestic and international client-sponsored deployments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Active Top Secret security clearance and polygraph.
- Mission Integration, Dynamic ISR Operations, and ability to drive operational decisions preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and team collaboration to promote ideas and information sharing.
- Previous management or program leadership experience.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills.
