The chosen candidate will engage with both internal teams and external partners to strategize, promote, organize, and assess all events and trade shows, while also fostering strategic alliances within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute annual trade shows and events
  • Create marketing strategies and materials for each event
  • Lead the organization of the Ignite Retail Success Conference
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships within the grocery and retail sector
  • Coordinate webinars and events for partners
  • Manage post-event analysis and budgeting
  • Oversee logistical planning and execution of events
  • Handle trade show operations from scheduling to execution
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on event logistics
  • Travel to participate in trade shows and events
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of experience in event management
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate partnerships with stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within deadlines and budget
  • Ability to manage logistics for multiple simultaneous events
  • Experience in conceptualizing and designing events
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
