POSITION SUMMARY

The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of managers and ensuring the success of the market and its outcomes. This role focuses on enhancing the store's performance through key areas: business metrics (sales, service, and cost management), team dynamics (recruitment, training, and growth), and operational processes (adhering to S+B standards and compliance).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Communicate and implement new operational strategies across your locations effectively.
  2. Drive key performance indicators and ensure service excellence at each site.
  3. Recruit, hire, and maintain a diverse team of exceptional talent.
  4. Oversee shop-level efficiency by analyzing demand and labor trends, adjusting staffing as needed.
  5. Manage scheduling and booking systems efficiently.
  6. Participate in shifts alongside managers through regular store visits.
  7. Support managers and team members in their development through training, constructive feedback, coaching, performance evaluations, and growth planning.
  8. Facilitate ongoing training for Store Directors, including brand and category knowledge, to enhance professional development and sales outcomes.
  9. Create a welcoming, enjoyable, and friendly atmosphere for all team members and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 2-3 years of experience in multi-unit management within a retail or salon setting.
  2. A genuine passion for the beauty industry (experience in esthetics or cosmetology is a plus, but not mandatory).
  3. A desire to grow and evolve with Sugared & Bronzed.
  4. A positive mindset that fosters a supportive work environment.
  5. Availability for flexible full-time scheduling.
