Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized Line Cook/Prep Cook who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients and cooking various dishes, ensuring they are cooked to perfection.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and instructions from the head chef
- Cook food items according to established standards and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Previous experience in a food service or culinary role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency. A strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions accurately, and excellent time management skills are essential for this role.
