The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience working in a similar position out of a wealth management firm, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

The Client Services Associate will be responsible for organizing and preparing materials for regular client meetings, attending and participating in client meetings, and implementing client-agreed action items. They will also assist in the development and implementation of customized asset allocation and wealth transfer strategies for clients, and work with clients' outsourced tax, legal, and other experts to help facilitate tax, wealth transfer, and philanthropic planning goals.

The successful candidate will have consistently high attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, and execution, with strong analytical skills and outstanding written and oral communication skills. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have a strong understanding of various investment asset classes and basic investment concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prepare materials for regular client meetings
  • Attend and participate in client meetings
  • Implement client-agreed action items
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customized asset allocation and wealth transfer strategies
  • Work with clients' outsourced tax, legal, and other experts

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience working in a similar position out of a wealth management firm
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • Consistently high attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
