The Immigration Policy Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the City of Somerville's commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable community. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and legal service providers, to develop and implement effective solutions to address the complex issues faced by immigrant residents. As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will be responsible for coordinating legal services, developing and managing relationships with legal service partners, engaging with immigrant communities, analyzing and recommending policies, and providing training and educational sessions on immigration law and policies. Salary: $39.81 hourly. Benefits package includes 4 weeks annual vacation, medical insurance, dental coverage, vision care, long term disability, group and voluntary life insurance, health care and dependent care flexible spending, deferred compensation plans, employee assistance program, cancer screening and wellness release, Somerville Retirement Pension System, tuition reimbursement, MBTA pass program, and free Blue Bikes membership.
