Basic Qualifications

To qualify, candidates should possess:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field with a strong analytical focus.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in roles requiring financial analysis and reporting.
  3. Proficiency in Excel, including macros, indices, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, and lookups.
  4. Experience in delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting data results.
  5. 5+ years of experience in financial and ad hoc analysis utilizing data reporting tools within supply chain and logistics sectors.
Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates will also have:

  1. 4+ years of full-time professional experience.
  2. 3+ years of experience in corporate finance.
  3. A commitment to continuous learning, ownership, and delivering results.
  4. Comfort in navigating a cross-functional, dynamic environment while managing multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities.
  5. The ability to analyze financial data, delve into datasets, and provide innovative recommendations to management and business partners.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and understanding with a diverse range of individuals.
  7. Demonstrated leadership qualities with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence other leaders in finance and the business.
  8. Familiarity with SQL and its applications.
