Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, interview, and match potential candidates with available roles based on their skills and career aspirations.
  • Engage with clients to provide updates on job openings and share relevant information for job seekers considering available positions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by managing new hire documentation for employees assigned to various roles.
  • Collaborate with our Risk Management Department to handle Workers' Compensation documentation and conduct necessary investigations.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective and current employees and clients, directing them as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and a genuine passion for working with people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Reliable and available to work Monday through Friday, with potential for occasional overtime.
