Professional Leader for Consumer Sales Team

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our consumer sales team as a Branch Manager. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies that align with the company's priorities.
- Collaborate with branch partners to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct daily performance reviews to ensure adherence to operational requirements and provide coaching to staff.
- Lead the hiring process, coordinate performance management, compensation, communication, and employee evaluation for branch staff.
- Responsible for planning, budgeting, and policy formulation, as well as short-term planning and resource allocation.
- Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the company's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience required.
- Previous experience in banking or financial industry preferred.
- Sales management experience preferred.
- Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing.
- Obtain or willing to obtain unique identifier from Registry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
