Position Summary
Become a vital part of AAA, where we prioritize delivering outstanding service and assisting our members in navigating challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct oil changes and lubrication services for vehicles of both members and non-members
- Perform tire repairs and installations across a variety of vehicle types
- Assist with minor repairs under the supervision of senior technicians
- Collaborate with experienced technicians as needed
- Carry out test drives to identify performance issues and confirm repair effectiveness
- Maintain a tidy and secure workspace, following company safety protocols
- Stay informed on industry developments and repair techniques through ongoing training
- Document inspections electronically and communicate effectively with the team
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and prioritize follow-up actions
- Adhere to safety standards and accuracy in all repair tasks
- Support with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in relevant languages
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work flexible hours
- Basic proficiency in math and computer skills
- Previous experience in automotive mechanics and customer service
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and repair tools
Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of six months of experience in general repairs, lubrication services, or tire maintenance
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing various physical tasks
- Occasionally exposed to loud noises during work
