Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our corporate marketing and communications team at Trilon Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the pursuit process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality proposals and collateral that effectively communicate our company's capabilities and solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external teams to gather necessary information for pursuits.
  • Research and gather information about potential clients, projects, and competitors to tailor proposals effectively.
  • Create compelling narratives and edit pursuit content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of pursuit templates, boilerplate content, and graphics.
  • Perform quality control on own pursuits for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and compliance with RFQ requirements.
  • Track progress of assigned opportunities in Deltek Vision and designated project management software.
  • Ensure closeout activities for completed pursuits are carried out accurately and timely.
  • Assist with project research, such as competition analysis and industry trends.
  • Attend pre-proposal, selection committee, and/or debriefing meetings when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to collaborate with a range of professionals, including executives, clients, teaming partners, and peers.
  • Ability to assess problems and implement solutions.
  • Ability to manage competing and changing priorities and perform multiple tasks within compressed timelines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat preferred.
