About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in the St. Paul, MN location, supporting our Structural Heart medical device division. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the consolidation and reporting of results on a monthly basis, as well as for budget cycles, and for any ad hoc analysis requested from leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial models, gross margin, capital, exchange, and other facets of the operations P&L.
  • Participates in ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by finance management.
  • Provides routine reports to leadership.
  • Partners with supply chain to consolidate month-end analysis and commentary related to the inventory financial close cycle.
  • Executes annual goals and objectives as defined by the Finance team.
  • Prepares consolidated reporting, presentations, and analysis.
  • Complies with regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
  • Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees and business customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience performing financial and variance analysis, forecasting, planning, and/or financial modeling from a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated experience working with financial system applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced level degree(s) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Medical device experience.
  • Previous experience working in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Working knowledge of Hyperion Essbase, Dodeca, and/or SAP.
