Mankato Team Supervisor

Lifeworks Services Inc is in search of a Team Supervisor for our Mankato division. This role involves collaborating with the Senior Manager and fellow Team Supervisors to strategize and implement services for adults with disabilities, ensuring measurable outcomes are achieved. The Team Supervisor will oversee direct support staff and report directly to the Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Position Title: Team Supervisor
- Department: Program Management
- Work Schedule: Full Time; 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday (exempt)
- Compensation: $48,000 – $59,400 annually

Qualifications for SuccessYou will excel in this role if you:
- Possess the ability to direct and supervise multiple staff members
- Demonstrate skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and performance management
- Exhibit strong business acumen and communication skills
- Have a keen attention to detail and organizational skills
- Possess experience in developing programs for individuals with disabilities
- Have financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Manage financial statements for programs, monitoring expenses and achieving revenue targets.
- Ensure efficient program operations by managing staffing, scheduling, and providing direction.
- Dedicate 30% of your time to customer-facing tasks.
- Oversee the completion and reporting of assigned performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with standards related to program services.
- Review client goals to ensure staff methodologies are effective.
- Select and supervise program staff, providing coaching and training.
- Facilitate employee engagement through recognition and development activities.
- Collaborate with other supervisors to align with Lifeworks' mission.
- Build and maintain community relationships to enhance opportunities for individuals.
- Commit to personal performance improvement and safety compliance.
- A four-year degree in a human services or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Must meet Designated Coordinator Status; Designated Manager status preferred.
- Completion of a pre-employment background study, physical, and drug screening is required.
