Objective

To oversee, guide, and mentor the Front-Line Sales Team in the daily operations of sales within the resort environment. Support Sales Associates in completing the sales process while ensuring adherence to all departmental and corporate policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide training and mentorship to the Sales Team Monitor sales performance and ensure successful completion of sales Foster enthusiasm among the Sales Team and clients Ensure Sales Representatives conduct sales presentations to guests in accordance with company standards Guarantee that each guest receives exceptional service from their designated Sales Representative, who will create a welcoming atmosphere, greet and acknowledge guests, uphold high standards, and demonstrate thorough product knowledge Stay informed about company initiatives, industry developments, and regulatory requirements while safeguarding the organization Perform additional duties as assigned

General Statement - Execute assigned responsibilities while adhering to company policies, ethical standards, FLSA regulations, and all relevant laws, ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.

Job Qualifications

Education, Required Training / Certifications, and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Front-Line Sales Associate Maintain a minimum ____________________ VPG and number of sales closed as indicated by weekly sales reports

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Strong presentation capabilities Customer/Client Focus Excellent verbal and written communication skills High ethical standards and integrity Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Willingness to travel for promotional events

Shift: Additional hours may be required to meet business demands

Regular Hours, On-Call, and Weekend

Travel: Occasional travel for promotional events

Up to 25%
