Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at Amarr Company, a leading manufacturer of garage doors and related products. As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial customer accounts, developing new sales channels, and creating processes to improve sales and profits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage commercial customer accounts for rolling, sectional, and related product sales.
  • Work with customers and management to provide and improve sales and service.
  • Coordinate programs with service center, subcontract labor, support center, operations, and door center personnel.
  • Maintain, review, and revise costs, as well as relay price adjustments to all customers.
  • Understand the internal workings of commercial customer accounts to build the overall business relationship with these clients.
  • Provide analysis and planning to maintain and develop a competitive position.
  • Perform all sales administrative functions and establish and monitor sales reporting as needed.
Requirements:
  • Commercial door sales and field experience required.
  • 7-10 years in the door industry.
  • College education or related experience/skills.
  • Must live in the North Central US territory.
  • Must perform work in non-climate controlled conditions and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license, with overnight and extended stay travel.
