Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Services Specialist to join our team at Team Select Home Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting orientation and onboarding activities for new hires, managing employee files, and performing various human resource functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Manage and update employee files to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform various human resource functions, including HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, and employment.
  • Assist in carrying out human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.
  • Maintain human resources information system records and compile reports as needed.
  • Coordinate performance review process for all employees assigned.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree or 1+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of human resources best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, understand instructions, and work with multiple teams within an organization.
