Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the adoption of our innovative products and services in your assigned territory. You will work closely with our Clinical Diabetes Specialist to develop and execute territory strategies that meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective territory plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, advanced practitioners, and certified diabetes care specialists.
  • Drive the adoption of our products and services through effective product demonstrations, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, life sciences).
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
  • Experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices.
