Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic design engineering team at Amphenol Alden Products Company. As a key member of our cross-functional teams, you will collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to drive the development of innovative interconnect and cable assembly products for the medical technology market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of electrical and mechanical product assemblies and components.
  • Design, model, analyze, and detail electromechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with the BRK engineering team to provide design resources and expertise in electrical engineering and PCB design.
  • Develop and optimize PCBs/PCBAs that meet project requirements, including signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal considerations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD and PADS software or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated technical competence in EE and ME topics.
  • At least 3 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in connector and cable assembly design.
  • Knowledge of product design for the medical marketplace.
