Position Summary: Lead the electro-mechanical design efforts on various new product development initiatives. Act as a design resource for the engineering team, focusing on electrical engineering and PCB design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design engineering projects, focusing on the design and detailing of electrical and mechanical product assemblies and components.
  • Conduct design, modeling, analysis, and detailing tasks.
  • Select materials for both mechanical and electrical components.
  • Design, develop, layout, and optimize diverse types of PCBs/PCBAs that fulfill project specifications, including considerations for signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electro-mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with SolidWorks CAD and PADS software or similar tools.
  • Proven technical expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering topics.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in connector and cable assembly design.
  • Product design experience within the medical industry.
