In light of our recent substantial contract acquisitions with federal agencies, we are excited to expand our staff augmentation service capabilities. We are in search of a proactive and collaborative leader to spearhead our staff augmentation division. Our team primarily serves federal clients, executing contracts and projects across the nation for various governmental departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison with government program officials regarding contract administration and project-related matters.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes; manage staff training and professional development to enhance skills and maintain high standards of service.
  • Execute duties with a comprehensive understanding of client needs and applicable regulations.
  • Supervise operations by establishing management protocols, directing project implementation, and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with financial analysts to develop statements of work and cost assessments for complex contract modifications.
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities, adapting swiftly to shifting priorities.
  • Provide leadership to all personnel assigned to the contract.
  • Manage daily operations related to staff augmentation services.
  • Establish and enforce work standards, task assignments, schedules, and reviews of contract deliverables.
  • Prepare and present contract budgets, including modifications and reports, ensuring accuracy for client representatives.
  • Authorize staff timekeeping and expense submissions.
  • Assist in transition processes for contract initiation and conclusion.
  • Plan and oversee project execution, monitoring and reporting on progress.
  • Update senior management on the overall status of contracts, anticipating challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Ensure that projects and personnel adhere to the contract scope of work, reviewing progress reports and work plans for compliance with organizational standards.
  • Engage collaboratively with project teams and clients, conducting site visits to evaluate project activities and contribute to administrative, technical, or evaluative efforts.
  • Implement necessary corrective actions to address performance issues and ensure quality control.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, coupled with extensive supervisory or management experience in government or contract operations.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, and managing a workforce of over 20 employees.
  • A minimum of 10 years in progressive management or supervisory roles.
  • Familiarity with government contracting, particularly in relation to institutional support agreements.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in project management, administration, reporting, monitoring, procurement, and financial operations on federal contracts.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating initiative and leadership.
Work Environment

LRS Federal operates from a central location, with the expectation that the position will primarily report to the headquarters office. However, flexible work arrangements, including hybrid or remote options, may be available. Travel to client locations and industry events may be necessary and will be compensated accordingly. A company-issued credit card will be provided for business travel expenses.
