About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles rented from our branch are safe and clean.


Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors, including vacuuming and preparing vehicles to meet our Complete Clean Pledge standards.
  • Exterior Cleaning: Wash, clean, and dry vehicles, including cars, vans, and trucks, to ensure they are in excellent condition.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Inspect vehicles for any safety concerns, report any warning lights or damage, and verify that registration is present and current.
  • Fluid Levels and Tire Condition: Check fluid levels, add as needed, and inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth.
  • Fueling and Staging: Fuel and stage vehicles for rental.
  • Maintaining a Clean Work Area: Maintain a clean and orderly work area, report any unsafe or hazardous conditions, and ensure cleaning and detailing supplies are available.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Improving Job Performance: Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • Driving Record: No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Residency: Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes from this location.
  • Work Experience: Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
