At CarMax, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Automotive Painter and Refinisher, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our vehicles look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to achieve a showroom finish
• Carry out dent repair, masking, sanding, and grinding to ensure sound bodywork
• Repair and replace small plastic and other parts to guarantee everything about the vehicle is in good working order
• Follow and promote CarMax's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced technicians to deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

• Experience in one or more of the following: masking, sanding, grinding, and applying paint
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects and walk/stand for extended periods
• A strong customer focus and attention to detail
• Possession of a valid driver's license
