- Technical Knowledge and Communication: Utilize dealership software and systems to document service history and customer interactions, and communicate with customers on the status of their vehicle while in our shop for repairs.
- Punctuality: The most valuable and important trait is to be at work on time.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in the automotive dealership environment preferred.
- Customer Service and Sales Skills: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Knowledge and Computer Skills: Strong sales and negotiation abilities, knowledge of automotive systems and components, and ability to use computer systems and software.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
