Supervises/Oversees: Kitchen Managers and all Hourly Kitchen Staff

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant Culinary Leader in a comparable dining concept or a successful track record with The Black Whale and Cisco New Bedford.
Completion of The Black Whale and Cisco New Bedford Management Training Program is required.
Successful completion of the Assistant Culinary Leader Development Guide.

Proven history of effective leadership and the ability to guide high-performing teams.
Ability to achieve results through collaboration and influence.
Track record of generating positive financial outcomes.

Exhibits genuine hospitality, warmth, and sensitivity towards our guests.
Maintains a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
