Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join G.A.S. Global as a Regulatory Data Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting global pesticide registrations by providing a range of certificates and legalized documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage timely processing of certificates through various government agencies.
  • Coordinate pesticide label layouts for business-to-business (B2B) labels.
  • Maintain accurate records and database entries for label versions and changes.
  • Demonstrate a flexible, supportive approach towards addressing prioritization of label workload schedules and adjust in reaction to schedule shifts.
  • Communicate the status of work updates to stakeholders, effectively identifying solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience required for this position.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry preferred.
  • Perform high-volume document control and technical writing activities to support regulatory data and compliance management.
  • Analyze, edit, and reorganize metadata as necessary.
  • Utilize technical writing skills to develop and/or revise documentation as necessary.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to meet the business needs such as following through on open certificate requests.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and possess extensive experience in related software applications such as: Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.

Additional Requirements

  • Shift Time: Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00 (on-site)
  • Starting at $50.00 per hour and more depending on experience
