Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at St. Luke's Home, an assisted living facility dedicated to providing enriching care and support for residents.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office and programs, including sending invitations for meetings, preparing supporting documents, and recording meeting minutes and action items.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring that the right individual receives the communication.
  • Office Management: Maintain a well-stocked office, order supplies as needed, organize both physical and electronic files, and oversee equipment maintenance.
  • Database Management: Assist with database management tasks as requested by the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and special events, creating and maintaining event materials, and completing the monthly activity calendar.
  • Community Partnerships: Develop and maintain community partnerships, including updating the monthly calendar.
  • Admissions: Assist with admissions, including initial communication with prospects, setting up tours, and completing paperwork prior to admission.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred or relevant work experience.
  • Experience: Experience in a Senior Living environment or similar role.
  • Skills: Computer literacy, strong people skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
