Sales Director

At Creative Electronics and Software, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales plans, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the EMS industry.
- Proven track record of sales growth and territory expansion.
