Job Overview

About the Role:

  • Provide leadership and support to our preschool program team, including planning and implementing activities, events, and educational programs.
  • Supervise and mentor preschool staff members, providing guidance on best practices and supporting their professional growth.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations, community groups, and families to enhance our preschool program.
  • Collaborate with the school administration to align our preschool program with the school's mission and goals.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
