About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National HRIS System Administrator and Safety Manager to join our team at Rite of Passage. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of our HRIS system, ensuring seamless integration with our safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS System Administration
    • Manage and maintain our HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
    • Develop and implement reports to track employee utilization, turnover, and other key metrics.
    • Collaborate with our Underwriting team to select, retain, and grow a profitable book of business.
  • Safety Management
    • Oversee the launch of new safety functionalities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risk and ensure a healthy workforce.
    • Manage leave administration and conversations with employees impacted by leave laws and accommodation requirements.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain reports to track key safety metrics, including workers' compensation claims and trends.
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive safety initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 8+ years of experience in risk control or safety-related positions in human services or healthcare.
    • Proven experience in HRIS system administration and safety management.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
