Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive work environment that fosters diversity and inclusion
- Maintain employee data integrity through audits and analysis
- Implement HRIS and benefit administration systems to streamline processes
- Stay updated on State and Federal leave standards and manage company leave policies
- Act as the main contact for benefit carriers and address employee inquiries
- Analyze benefits information, forecast trends, and support future benefits designs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field and 5 years of HR/payroll experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
