Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations of patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and develop appropriate care plans in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions for patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, adhering to regulatory and clinical guidelines.
  • Assess treatment outcomes for effectiveness, adjusting services based on patient evaluations and making referrals as necessary.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding speech disorders.
  • Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries of services rendered, in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
  • Document all required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
This position welcomes SLPs of all experience levels.
