Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for managing the entire client experience from initial evaluation to implementation of treatment to family education to discharge.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with neurodevelopmental disabilities
- Provide play-based therapy services in a one-on-one setting
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech therapy
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Kansas Speech Language Pathologist License
- 2+ years of experience in pediatric speech therapy
- Personal professional liability policy
The ideal candidate will have availability to work 2-3 days a week, with 6 or more total hours of availability between the hours of 4:00-7:00 PM.
CompensationThis position is paid $47 per billable hour of therapy.
BenefitsBenefits are not available for part-time positions. Full-time employees (therapists providing 25 or more billable treatment hours/week) are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package.
