Collabera is seeking a Senior IT Business Improvement Specialist to work on multiple locations, including Kennesaw, GA and Chicago, IL. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and business acumen, with a minimum of 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement, working closely with business partners, stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-organizational technology teams.

The salary range for this position is $52.50 - $57.50 per hour. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 9+ hours as a Business Analyst in technology projects
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence and agile tools
  • Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools (Waterfall & Agile)
