Position Overview:
The NEEDS Center is seeking a dedicated Finance Operations Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise within a dynamic non-profit organization committed to making a positive impact in the community.

As a result of significant growth, we are in search of a Senior Accounting Supervisor.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Maintain and track all revenue streams effectively.
- Facilitate month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate booking of all revenues and expenses.
- Review and analyze financial documents including AR/AP ledgers, depreciation schedules, bank reconciliations, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Sage Intacct for financial transaction management.
- Assist in audit preparation, tax return processes, and other annual reporting requirements.
- Supervise a team of 4 accounting professionals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
- Familiarity with non-profit accounting standards and payroll regulations is preferred.
- Knowledge of UFR reporting is advantageous.
- Understanding of general accounting principles, budgeting procedures, and recordkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team successfully.
- High standards of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, particularly in multitasking environments.
