  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure apartments are prepared for new occupants.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist must be obtained within six months of employment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

The compensation for this position ranges from $19.68/hr to $21.86/hr.
