Role Summary:As Good Earth Markets continues to grow, we are seeking an IT Assistant to enhance our technical support capabilities. This role is essential in ensuring our IT infrastructure operates smoothly, allowing us to serve our community effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain systems including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
- Conduct research to identify hardware and software solutions that align with our operational needs.
- Provide IT Help Desk support, addressing troubleshooting requests and managing assets.
- Communicate effectively with team members through various channels.
- Oversee network administration tasks, including configuration of modems, routers, and servers.
- Implement solutions within specified timelines and budgets.
- Create user documentation to assist in troubleshooting future issues.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Desire to learn and enhance IT skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Integrity and commitment to the company's interests.
- Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with batch scripting, NVR, IP cameras, and web hosting is advantageous.
- Full-time, in-office, Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required.
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
