Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain high-capacity duplicating and document imaging machinery.
  • Handle mail management systems efficiently, including sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Generate and manage reports related to digital printing and imaging services.
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving of products and supplies, ensuring accurate processing.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on customer site equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks such as bindery, quality control, and final checks as needed.
  • Assist with building support functions, including meeting setups and light maintenance duties.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager, depending on the site configuration.

Operational Duties:

  • Run high-volume copy machines and execute binding and finishing tasks.
  • Utilize document image handling software and maintain proficiency in MS Office and email systems.
  • Ensure convenience copiers are functioning correctly through daily inspections.
  • Maintain records for management reporting and inventory of supplies.
  • Respond to service calls and coordinate customer requests effectively.
  • Deliver completed jobs to designated locations as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to operate various office machines and technical equipment.

Working Conditions:

This role typically operates in an office environment with standard lighting and temperature. Physical demands may include standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50-55 lbs.
