Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Healthcare Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our offices in Washington and Idaho, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our Clinical Managers, Regional Office Manager, and Patient Services Coordinators to ensure that our services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure that our offices in Washington and Idaho are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including licensure and state survey requirements.
- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and track the utilization of our patient services, and present findings to our leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with all staff members to ensure that our offices are operating efficiently and effectively, and that our patients receive the highest level of care and support.
- Community Outreach and Engagement: Attend public resource and outreach events in the community with our Outreach Representatives to promote our services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Reporting and Presentations: Create presentations for our leadership team and develop formalized trainings and orientation for our staff.
- Experience: 2+ years of work experience in the home healthcare industry in a management or administrative position.
- Skills: Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in multiple territories and on the road at times.
- Credentials: Current RN licensure in good standing, with experience overseeing a P&L, budget, and agency KPIs.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to report and present to the executive level, with good working knowledge of computer applications necessary to complete the job (EMR, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations).
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Professional Appearance: Professional appearance is mandatory.
