RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and coordinate I&E projects on-site, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of existing facilities within a designated region.
  • Act as a safety advocate.
  • Manage all assigned Project and Maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and all relevant environmental and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Planning & Scheduling teams to meet set objectives and minimize operational disruptions.
  • Review and validate invoices, ensuring accurate billing, expenditures, and cost management for assigned projects.
  • Provide training and/or conduct audits for contract personnel regarding policies and procedures.
  • Document daily activities in the shared drive or specified tracking software accurately and promptly.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field operations experience in the oil and gas sector.
  • Preferred knowledge/experience with SCADA and PLC systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Experience in I&E maintenance and project execution.
  • Ability to interpret P&IDs, ISOs, Plot Plans, etc.
  • Comprehensive understanding of field and construction operations.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Access, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, team-building, and personnel development skills.
