Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AppleOne. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and other materials as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
